It’s my birthday month!

It is truly a gift to celebrate another year around the sun! I feel truly blessed and grateful  to add another year to this beautiful thing called life. I know for so many people getting older can feel like a death sentence. For me, I choose to fully celebrate life and embrace the gifts that come with getting older.

It’s the little wins. Taking in the sunrise instead of rushing your morning.

Your story keeps unfolding. Page by page. Word by word. Chapter by chapter.

I hope you choose the kind of courage to that stretches you in the most beautiful ways. The kind that nudges life open.

Dear December,

Well, we made it. The circle of the year is just about complete. This year was filled with highs and lows. With moments that stretched me.  Moments that grew me. Moments that reminded me what I was capable of.

I hope your 2026 is off to a good start! It has been a while since we connected here. Life got full. I kept writing anyway. And now back to sharing. Let’s begin again.

The morning rose through the sky waiting to see what the day would become. Trusting that beauty would make its presence known, even after waking beneath a spirit of clouds.
